As part of the umbrella organisation HAVA, the GP’s in Aruba join forces with the ultimate goal to maintain and improve the level of General Practitioner’s care for the patients.

This work requires continuity and vision, which is only possible, if they work together and in good consultation with other stakeholders in the healthcare. 

As HAVA, the GP’s in Aruba achieve a strong (negotiating) position, participate in committees and work with other parties in the healthcare sector and, as HAVA, contribute as a partner to the “Huisartsenopleiding Aruba” (Dutch for General Practitioner Education in Aruba) and other (para)medical bodies. 

In the context of quality assurance, continuous education and re-registration are mandatory activities for the HAVA GP’s.
